　　一、緊扣主題突出重點

　　動筆之前，針對提示的文字或圖片必須先認(rèn)真審題，組織內(nèi)容，構(gòu)思提綱，理順?biāo)悸�，切忌偏題，離題，東拉西扯，不得要領(lǐng)，一定要避免累贅繁瑣，條理不清，重點不突出的失誤。

　　二、表達(dá)正確文字流暢
