Fast food becomes more popular now, especially among the teenagers and the children. Why do so many people like fast food?
快餐食品現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越流行，特別是在青少年和兒童中。為什么那么多人喜歡快餐呢?
For one thing, it's very fast and convenient. It always serves in no time, so we can either eat it in the restaurant or take it away. For another, because of the different ways of cooking, it looks nice and tastes delicious. What's more, the service and environment is good, so that we can have our dinner in a happy mood.
一方面，快餐很快也很方便。總是很快就能上菜，所以我們可以在餐廳里吃或者把它帶走。另一方面，因?yàn)榕腼兎绞降牟煌�，它看起�?lái)很好看，吃起來(lái)也很好吃。更重要的`是，服務(wù)和環(huán)境都很好，這樣我們就可以在一個(gè)愉快的環(huán)境吃晚餐。
However, in terms of nutrition, it's far from satisfactory. Most fast food is junk food. It contains so much sugar and fat, which makes us put on weight so easily. Since the westerners have the fast food every day, most of them have heavy weights, high blood pressure and bad teeth.

Therefore, I suggest that we should eat less fast food but more nutritious dishes.

Fast food has flooded in our lives nowadays. Concerning fast food, different people have different attitudes.Some hold that fast food is necessary in our society while others argue that fast food is harmful to our health. As far as I am concerned, fast food is necessary but not a must in our lives.
如今，快餐已經(jīng)充斥著我們的生活。對(duì)于快餐，不同的人有不同的態(tài)度。有些人認(rèn)為快餐在我們社會(huì)是必要的，而另外有些人認(rèn)為快餐對(duì)我們的健康有害。在我看來(lái)，快餐在我們生活中是必要的，但不是必須的.。
On the one hand, fast food is necessary in our today’s society. Although fast food is not as nutritious as home-made food, it is a good replacement when we are in hurry and have no enough time to prepare food by ourselves. It can help us to save much time. In addition, fast food is cheaper but various and we can taste different kinds of food by using less money.
一方面，快餐在我們今天的社會(huì)中是必要的。雖然快餐不及家里做的食物有營(yíng)養(yǎng)，但是在我們趕時(shí)間，沒(méi)有時(shí)間自己準(zhǔn)備食物的時(shí)候，快餐不失為一個(gè)好的替代品。它可以幫我們節(jié)省許多時(shí)間。另外，快餐更加便宜，而且多樣，我們可以用更少的錢吃到更多不同的食物。
On the other hand, however, fast food is not a must. Fast food can be used to replace our home-made food sometimes, but we should not eat it very often. Compared with home-made food, the nutrition provided by fast food is far less. Therefore, eating fast food only can not provide enough nutrition for our growth. Besides, the problem of food security is another factor we should consider when eating fast food.
但是，另一方面，快餐不是必須的。快餐有時(shí)候可以替代家庭做的食物，但是我們不應(yīng)該經(jīng)常吃。和家里做的食物相比，快餐所能提供的營(yíng)養(yǎng)非常少。因此，只吃快餐不能為我們的成長(zhǎng)提供足夠的營(yíng)養(yǎng)。另外，我們?cè)诔钥觳蜁r(shí)不得不考慮另外一個(gè)因素——食品安全問(wèn)題。
In a word, fast food is necessary sometimes in our lives, but we can not eat it very often. At the same time, to fit for the need of people, fast food restaurants should develop and provide more and more nutritious food and strengthen the supervision of food making.
總之，快餐在我們生活中有時(shí)候是必要的，但是不能經(jīng)常吃。同時(shí)，為了滿足人們的需要，快餐店應(yīng)該研發(fā)和提供更有營(yíng)養(yǎng)的食物，并加強(qiáng)對(duì)食品制作的監(jiān)督。
