Imagine there are two students, one is good at getting high score in the exams and the other is good at many practical skills, so who will be popular? In school, there is no doubt that teachers like the former person, because education pays attention to the exam, and score is always the standard to judge a student. While in the job market, the latter is favored by the employers. They expect someone who has the practical skills and can make profits for the company. Score doesn't mean ability. In school, some talented kids will be ignored because of low score. They are easy to miss the chance of making differences. So we can't judge a person by score, which ability is also the important part to measure a person, even ability take over the score.想象有兩個(gè)學(xué)生，一個(gè)善于在考試中獲取高分，另一個(gè)則擅長(zhǎng)很多實(shí)用技能，那么誰(shuí)會(huì)受歡迎呢？在學(xué)校，毫無(wú)疑問(wèn)，教師喜歡前者，因?yàn)榻逃⒅乜荚�，而分�(jǐn)?shù)總是作為判斷一個(gè)學(xué)生的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。在就業(yè)市場(chǎng)，后者則是會(huì)受到雇主青睞，他們想要那些有實(shí)用技能，可以使公司盈利的人。分?jǐn)?shù)并不意味著能力。在學(xué)校，一些有才華的孩子會(huì)因?yàn)榉謹(jǐn)?shù)低而被忽略，他們很容易錯(cuò)過(guò)機(jī)會(huì)。所以我們不能通過(guò)分?jǐn)?shù)來(lái)判斷一個(gè)人，能力也是衡量一個(gè)人的重要部分，甚至能力比分?jǐn)?shù)更重要。
