Nowadaya many people believe in luck. They believe it in love, in tests, promotions, etc. I think of luck in many respects. It does not come alone. Luck and opportunity go hand in hand with hard work and knowledge.
I wan once assigned to work deep in the mountain. Being from a poor family, friendless and having no influential relative to rely on, I cursed my luck and let myself drift aimlessly and idled my time away until one day I realizcd that I could better myself by working bard at my lessons and excel in academic studies. Unsatisfied with my surroundings, I could not sleep at night. Listening to the sound of water rushing down the mountain, I felt I must keep going on just like the water. So I used to get up and read early in the morning when it was still dark and quiet. While others were sleeping soundly, I was already up in my study, reading. From joozone.com.
Hard work is rewarding. When the college entrance cxamlnatlon came, I took it without hesitation. As a result, I distinguished myself in the test. New I am at college, majoring in my favorite subject, Enghsh.
I think luck is nowhere to be found but in my own hands. With held work we can be more knowledgeable and with knowledge comes good luck.

In recent years,I have experienced many times to the exam,but most important,or that time go to school mathematics competition in.Becausecompetition fierce degree,one can imagine.To participate in the competitionare the mathematical master school.
Just enter the examination room,my heart was jumping with fear of tension,exam for the school to lose face.Examination paper a hair down,I was unable to hold oneself back with problem.Only a few questions,they encountered problems.It took me a long time still could not solve it.It was over,all of a sudden,my mind went blank,palm full of sweat,forehead also nervously to sweat.I raise my head and look around,see some students screwed brows andbrooding,and some low head in the "imperfections" in writing,all of a sudden,Ithink of a word the teacher said:"you are not problems,others may not." I secretly told myself,must be calm,to their usual level of play out of it.This worked pretty well,my heart gradually calm down.Sure enough,in the rest of the time,I slowly restored to the normal state,the start problem is much better.However,due to the front of the nervous,too much delay,I haven't had time tocheck,time to.
A few days later,down,I'm lucky finalists.Heaved a sigh,good suspension!
最近幾年,我經(jīng)歷過很多次考試,但最為緊張的,還是那次去外校參加的數(shù)學(xué)競賽.因?yàn)槭歉傎?激烈程度可想而知.來參加競賽的可都是各校的數(shù)學(xué)高手.
剛進(jìn)考場,我的心便緊張地直跳,生怕考砸了給學(xué)校丟臉.卷子一發(fā)下來,我便迫不及待地做起題來.才做了幾道題,就遇到難題了.我花了很長時(shí)間還沒解出來.這下子可完了,頓時(shí),我腦子里一片空白,手心里全是汗,額頭上也緊張地冒出汗來.我抬起頭,環(huán)顧四周,看到有的同學(xué)擰著眉頭冥思苦想,有的低著頭在“沙沙”地奮筆疾書,突然,我想起老師說過的一句話：“你不會(huì)的題,別人也可能不會(huì).”我暗暗地告誡自己,一定要鎮(zhèn)靜,把自己平時(shí)的水平發(fā)揮出來就可以了.這一招還挺管用,我的心漸漸平靜下來.果然,在剩下的時(shí)間里,我慢慢地恢復(fù)到平時(shí)的狀態(tài),做起題來也順手多了.盡管如此,由于前面的緊張,耽誤時(shí)間過多,我還沒來得及檢查,時(shí)間就到了.
幾天后,成績下來了,我幸運(yùn)入圍了.長長地出了一口氣,好懸呀!

The lucky-number has become increasingly popular in daily life of modern sociality. For example, the number eight means big money which people like most, while the number four means death.
Some people believe lucky numbers so deeply that they will afford a telephone with numbers without four and others which is bad in their mind. They argue that the lucky-number really can bring good luck, and, at least, no evidence testifies they can not.
As far as I am concerned, there is no such relationship between the numbers and lucky, for the reason that numbers their self are given certain meaning for the purpose of application of mathematic. And, in addition, man should not depend on lucky which, in their mind, the numbers gives them.
