  Work for College Education
          Students all over the world have to work for their education. A college education in the United States is expensive. The costs are so high that most families begin to save for their children's education when their children are babies. Even so, many young people cannot afford to pay the ex-
penses of fulltime college work. They do not have enough money to pay for school costs. Tuition for attending the university, books for classes, and living expenses are high.There are other expenses such as chemistry and biology laboratory fees and special student activity fees for such things as
parking permits and football tickets. The cost of college education increases every year. However, classrooms are still crowded with students. Some American students have scholarships or other support, but many do not.
     Students from other countries have money problems to overcome, too. Because students in most international programs need to have a sponsor (a person, organization, or Iocai government that pays for them), they work hard to earn scholarships or special loans. International students understand the value of going to school in another country. They also know that it is difficult. Yet just as Americans choose to attend American universities in spite of the difficulty, it is usually possible for students from abroad to work on university campuses to pay for some of the cost of their education. Some peo-
pie believe that students value their education more if they work for it.

    世界各地的學(xué)生都得為自己的教育而工作。  美國(guó)的大學(xué)教育非常昂貴。費(fèi)用如此之高以至于大多數(shù)家庭在孩子還是嬰兒的時(shí)候就開(kāi)始為他們儲(chǔ)備教育經(jīng)費(fèi)。即使如此，很多年輕人還是無(wú)力支付全日制大學(xué)課程所需的各項(xiàng)費(fèi)用。他們沒(méi)有足夠的錢(qián)支付學(xué)校費(fèi)用。大學(xué)學(xué)費(fèi)、課本費(fèi)和生活費(fèi)都很高。還有其他費(fèi)用例如化學(xué)、生物實(shí)驗(yàn)費(fèi)，以及諸如停車(chē)許可證、足球門(mén)票之類(lèi)的特別學(xué)生活動(dòng)經(jīng)費(fèi)。  大學(xué)教育費(fèi)用逐年上升。但是教室里仍然擠滿(mǎn)了學(xué)生。有些美國(guó)學(xué)生可以得到獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金或其它幫助，但還有許多學(xué)生得不到。
    來(lái)自其他國(guó)家的學(xué)生也需要解決錢(qián)的問(wèn)題。  因?yàn)槎鄶?shù)國(guó)際項(xiàng)目中的學(xué)生需要有資助人(替他們出錢(qián)的個(gè)人、組織或當(dāng)?shù)卣��?，所以他們得努力學(xué)習(xí)獲取獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金或特殊貸款。留學(xué)生了解在他國(guó)求學(xué)的價(jià)值。他們也了解其難度。然而正如美國(guó)人盡管困難重重還是選擇上美國(guó)大學(xué)一樣，通常國(guó)外學(xué)生可能會(huì)在大學(xué)校園里工作以支付他們教育的部分費(fèi)用。有些人相信學(xué)生如果自己打工支付教育費(fèi)用，他們會(huì)更加珍視所受的教育。
