This is a principle which must be upheld without any , I wish to report to you that my talks with the government have been aimed at normalizing the political situation in the country. We have not as yet begun discussing the basic demands of the struggle. I wish to stress that I myself have at no time entered into negotiations about the future of our country except to insist on a meeting between the ANC and the has gone further than any other Nationalist President in taking real steps to normalize the situation. However, there are further steps, as outlined in the Harare Declaration, that have to be met before negotiations on the basic demands of our people can begin. It is our belief that the future of our country can only be determined by a body which is democratically elected on a nonracial basis. Negotiations on the dismantling of apartheid will have to address the overwhelming demands of our people for a democratic, nonracial and unitary South Africa. And this reality is that we are still suffering under the policies of the Nationalist , so that the process towards democracy is rapid and uninterrupted. We have waited too long for our freedom. We can no longer wait.
Now is the time to intensify the struggle on all fronts. To relax our efforts now would be a mistake which generations to come will not be able to role in a united democratic and nonracial South Africa is the only way to peace and racial harmony. In conclusion, I wish to quote my own words during my trial in 1964. They are as true today as they were then. I spoke: I have fought against white domination and I have fought against black domination. I have cherished the ideal of a democratic and free society in which all persons live together in harmony and — and with equal opportunities. It is an ideal which I hope to live for and to achieve. But if needs be, it is an ideal for which I am prepared to die.

首先是聽。三年級(jí)聽力部分占總成績(jī)的50%，也就是50分，由此可見聽力的重要性。聽的要求是能聽懂句子中的關(guān)鍵信息，能選出正確的選項(xiàng)。那么課堂上的聽力訓(xùn)練是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的，日常怎么訓(xùn)練聽力呢？我的建議是每天聽讀半小時(shí)，最少也要15分鐘，每天都堅(jiān)持聽。聽聽里的時(shí)候需要養(yǎng)成好的習(xí)慣，專心聽，不重復(fù)，不跟讀。平常我們?cè)诎嗬镞M(jìn)行聽力訓(xùn)練的時(shí)候，總會(huì)有學(xué)生不自覺的`跟讀，這樣導(dǎo)致第二遍再聽的時(shí)候跟不上。
第二，我們來說說讀�，F(xiàn)階段單詞要求會(huì)拼讀。什么叫拼讀，就是把這個(gè)組成這個(gè)單詞的每一個(gè)字母給讀出來。那，有的家長(zhǎng)說了，到家了發(fā)現(xiàn)剛學(xué)的單詞句子孩子不會(huì)讀怎么辦，這個(gè)時(shí)候就需要利用教輔讓孩子去跟讀。每天學(xué)習(xí)過的內(nèi)容做到及時(shí)的鞏固、復(fù)習(xí)。心理學(xué)上有一個(gè)著名的理論叫艾賓浩斯遺忘規(guī)律，強(qiáng)調(diào)遺忘總是先快后慢，先多后少，到一定程度后便不再遺忘。這就強(qiáng)調(diào)了鞏固復(fù)習(xí)的重要性。孩子剛學(xué)，又沒有處在一個(gè)全英的環(huán)境下，所以家長(zhǎng)完全沒有必要因?yàn)楹⒆硬粫?huì)讀而焦慮不安。
寫，三年級(jí)時(shí)書寫的關(guān)鍵期，書寫要求整潔、工整、不用改正液涂抹。字體是人的第二張臉面，重要性不用我再多說。這個(gè)年級(jí)階段的孩子英語容易和漢語拼音弄混。經(jīng)常不動(dòng)腦子照抄書上的印刷體，印刷體和書寫體搞混。寫就需要把基礎(chǔ)打牢，學(xué)會(huì)靈活的轉(zhuǎn)換。

三年級(jí)英語，是小學(xué)英語學(xué)習(xí)中一個(gè)重要的起步階段。其實(shí)要學(xué)好英語，課上占40%，其余的60%還需要學(xué)生在課后不斷的鞏固，加深記憶。在課上老師更多的是教授新知識(shí)，當(dāng)然課上也會(huì)有少量的'時(shí)間鞏固新學(xué)的知識(shí)。但是這些時(shí)間是公共的時(shí)間，而不是每個(gè)學(xué)生私有的時(shí)間，所以不可能照顧到每個(gè)學(xué)生，不可能讓所有學(xué)生都達(dá)到相同的程度。況且每個(gè)學(xué)生對(duì)新知識(shí)的接受能力都是不同的，有的可能當(dāng)堂就已經(jīng)有很深的印象，很難忘記，但這肯定是很少的。大部分學(xué)生都只能是初步接觸了新知識(shí)，要真正接受新知識(shí)還要學(xué)生在課后多下功夫，不然肯定會(huì)和別的同學(xué)拉下差距。所以這也造成英語成績(jī)兩極分化十分嚴(yán)重，所以請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)一定要從現(xiàn)在起重視孩子的英語學(xué)習(xí)，不然到了五六年級(jí)補(bǔ)都來不及了。
英語是一門特殊的學(xué)科，光靠學(xué)校幾節(jié)課時(shí)間是遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠的。在學(xué)校老師會(huì)盡最大的努力進(jìn)行教學(xué)，但課余時(shí)間還需要廣大家長(zhǎng)大力配合。如：聽錄音、背誦要家長(zhǎng)多督促;課本后的單詞表是最基礎(chǔ)的，新課之前我都要求孩子們回去先聽磁帶預(yù)習(xí)一下，以便于上課時(shí)能更好的，更快的掌握單詞真確讀音。有的學(xué)生做的很好，還有些學(xué)生沒預(yù)習(xí)。老師也不知道家長(zhǎng)是否了解孩子在學(xué)校的英語學(xué)習(xí)情況，希望家長(zhǎng)能關(guān)注一下。為了協(xié)助孩子更好地學(xué)好英語，請(qǐng)家長(zhǎng)配合老師完成以下工作：
1、確保孩子每天至少邊聽錄音，邊跟讀課文15分鐘，要讀出聲音，最好家長(zhǎng)在旁監(jiān)督，會(huì)更有效。
2、每天檢查孩子的回家作業(yè)是否完成，保證第二天能按時(shí)上交。在這里我懇請(qǐng)每位家長(zhǎng)認(rèn)真督促孩子完成老師每天布置的作業(yè)，尤其是一開始，三年級(jí)英語剛剛接觸書面作業(yè)，一定要嚴(yán)格要求他們的英語書寫，寫得不好的家長(zhǎng)也可以要求他們重新做，檢查作業(yè)主要看他們書寫和格式以及上次老師的批改，注意檢查他們有沒有訂正，有時(shí)候，老師在學(xué)生的作業(yè)本上批了訂正，但是交上來的時(shí)候?qū)W生并沒有去訂正，希望各位家長(zhǎng)能夠支持老師的工作，如果您有什么意見也可以寫在作業(yè)本上，便于及時(shí)溝通.
3、開學(xué)以來，很多學(xué)生忘記帶作業(yè)本，帶英語課本。課上只能和同桌共看一本書，結(jié)果是一堂課下來，老師講的知識(shí)沒有學(xué)到多少，和同桌的感情卻加深了不少。三年級(jí)不同與一、二年級(jí)了，我希望家長(zhǎng)能夠每天按照課表提醒孩子收拾好書包，檢查好明天要帶的作業(yè)和課本，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。
