尊敬的各位領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、各位老師：

　　大家下午好！

　　首先感謝區(qū)教研室的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)給我一次與大家交流的機(jī)會。在座的各位畢業(yè)班英語老師都是經(jīng)驗(yàn)非常豐富的，在大家面前來談英語教學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)實(shí)在是慚愧。為了提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量，我的確是想了很多的辦法，這里面有成功帶來的喜悅，也有失敗帶來的反思。這些談不上經(jīng)驗(yàn)，現(xiàn)簡單地做個(gè)介紹，如有不當(dāng)之處，敬請各位批評指正。

　　記得剛剛走上工作崗位的我曾經(jīng)信心百倍，認(rèn)為小學(xué)英語教學(xué)應(yīng)該是很簡單的事情，不就是聽、說、讀、寫嘛，沒什么難的，但真正開始教學(xué)，真正開始接觸學(xué)生之后，我才感覺到：小學(xué)英語教學(xué)尤其是我們農(nóng)村學(xué)生的英語教學(xué)真是坎坷難行。教學(xué)一開始我就遇到了種種問題。有一大部分學(xué)生在潛意識里根本沒有把英語當(dāng)一回事，有些學(xué)生甚至有抵觸的情緒。從家庭上看，我們的學(xué)生家庭大部分屬于農(nóng)村家庭，英語沒有被受到重視，再加上家長能聽懂英語的少之又少，更別說輔導(dǎo)了。從環(huán)境上來看，學(xué)生除了課堂上短短的40分鐘外，基本上就沒有使用英語的環(huán)境了，放學(xué)后聽英語磁帶的作業(yè)也有大部分學(xué)生不能自覺完成，再加上英語課課時(shí)較少，因此我的英語教學(xué)開展得并不順暢。面對如此多的問題，我決定從學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)方法和學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣方面去入手解決。現(xiàn)想從我的切身體會談幾點(diǎn)做法及建議：

　　一、要從自身找原因，培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣。

　　自己先要想辦法，持有一份樂觀的態(tài)度，勤思考，樂奉獻(xiàn)。給學(xué)生一份愛，讓學(xué)生喜歡你，從而喜歡上你的英語課。因?yàn)榕d趣是最好的老師，當(dāng)學(xué)生喜歡上你的課了，專心地聽講了，那課堂上所取得的效果不就事半功倍了嗎？在培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)興趣方面，我做了如下工作：

　�。ㄒ唬�、用愛去灌溉學(xué)生。

　　首先用心地給學(xué)生一份愛。因?yàn)閻劭梢匀诨�人與人之間的隔閡，給學(xué)生一份愛，同時(shí)你也會收獲到他們對您的愛。我們要在日常生活接觸中體現(xiàn)愛，例如下課后，我大多時(shí)間都會逗留在班里，跟他們談?wù)剬W(xué)習(xí)上的問題、說說家常話或開個(gè)玩笑逗逗他們，他們會不亦樂乎。時(shí)間長了，他們就把我當(dāng)朋友了。記得20xx年那屆我班有個(gè)頑皮又聰明的學(xué)生叫黃永樟，各門功課成績極差，經(jīng)常不及格甚至低分，是讓語文數(shù)學(xué)老師頭疼的學(xué)生�？捎⒄Z科他卻十分感興趣，能拿八、九十分，為什么他英語成績那么高呢，原因是他被我“俘虜”了，很愛上英語課，也很喜歡給我拉家常。有一次，下課了，他走到我跟前，興奮地告訴我，他家大母狗生了5條小狗，可愛極了。

　　（二）、注重課前、課堂中氣氛的調(diào)和。

　　每次上課走來，總能從樓下聽到我班朗朗的英語讀書聲，當(dāng)我站在講臺上的第一句話便是及時(shí)地、微笑著表揚(yáng)他們：“Youhadagoodjob，children�！痹跇窍挛乙呀�(jīng)能聽到你們朗朗的讀書聲了，老師真開心啊，你們讀得那么好，或很自豪的或說：“哇，你們讀書真棒，所有老師聽了也對你們豎起了大拇指”，這樣小小的表揚(yáng)就充分樹立他們的自信心，他們會很高興，下次他們會讀得更好。別以為這樣的方法六年級不適用了，恰好這些方法我都是一年級，六年級通用的，課堂上也注重學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀態(tài)，隨時(shí)調(diào)整課堂氣氛，使學(xué)生在一個(gè)良好的氛圍里不知不覺地學(xué)到了知識。記得去年的六（1）班下午第一節(jié)英語，由于3月份天氣原因，學(xué)生總有一種“春眼不覺曉，處處聞啼鳥”的倦態(tài)，那節(jié)課學(xué)生的精神狀態(tài)很差，學(xué)習(xí)積極性不高，我想：如果這樣講下去效果肯定不好，于是我臨時(shí)利用我班的搞笑大王葉寶彬同學(xué)做著火點(diǎn)，從他入手，我說：“Hello寶彬，howoldareyoutoday？”他被我突如其來的問題嚇愣了，我順勢說：“我猜你有30歲了”全班同學(xué)一聽，哈的一聲笑起來，眼神都看著寶彬，我說：“看你今天上課的心態(tài)有30歲了吧？好，老師決定今天幫你時(shí)光倒流，把你變成3歲的小孩子，好嗎？”這時(shí)寶彬不好意思的笑了，全班同學(xué)也來起了精神，他們倒要看看我怎樣把寶彬同學(xué)變成一個(gè)3歲的小孩子。也許有的老師會說，這樣每天浪費(fèi)時(shí)間在與學(xué)習(xí)無關(guān)的事上，不就事倍功半了嗎？我覺得恰恰相反，每節(jié)課恰當(dāng)?shù)臍夥照{(diào)節(jié)，是課堂上良好的調(diào)料，把他們的學(xué)習(xí)注意力集中到課堂上，那效果不就事半功倍了嗎，總比羅羅嗦嗦講紀(jì)律強(qiáng)多了，而實(shí)踐證時(shí)，我也收到了較好的教學(xué)效果

　　二、抓好課堂教學(xué)掌握良好的學(xué)習(xí)方法。

　　不管是哪一門學(xué)科，要想有好成績，課堂教學(xué)的質(zhì)量是最重要的，課后炒冷飯，補(bǔ)的.效果當(dāng)然也有，那肯定會費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力。在課堂教學(xué)方面，要注意方法，尤其是一些無味枯燥的內(nèi)容，要找易于學(xué)生理解的切入點(diǎn)，要想方設(shè)法吸引學(xué)生。對于自己今天所上的內(nèi)容自己一定要有個(gè)清晰的思路，課后及時(shí)反思。例如反思一下你今天教的開心嗎？學(xué)生學(xué)得開心嗎？學(xué)生學(xué)到了什么，遺漏了什么等等。同時(shí)對于一些后進(jìn)生，課堂上千萬不要丟掉他們，不理他們，不給他們發(fā)言、練說的機(jī)會。相反，要像警察一樣時(shí)常盯著他們，與他們進(jìn)行目光的交流。因?yàn)樗麄兒筮M(jìn)，可能有更多的聽不懂的地方，而容易開小差，教師的目光以及點(diǎn)名回答，一是提醒他認(rèn)真聽課，同時(shí)也是在給他練習(xí)的機(jī)會。

　　三、培養(yǎng)良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣。

　　（一）、全面實(shí)行“一幫一”，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的作用。

　　為了提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量，提高學(xué)生的英語學(xué)習(xí)成績，我還注意培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的互助學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，分小組學(xué)習(xí)，小組成員結(jié)成一幫一的互助對子，充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的作用，例如做有關(guān)語法和時(shí)態(tài)得練習(xí)題時(shí)，讓他們同桌或小組討論：這題為什么這樣做，原因是什么，讓他們用語法或時(shí)態(tài)等說出理由，說服對方。這樣既讓基礎(chǔ)好的學(xué)生所學(xué)的知識得到了鞏固，又幫助了其他的同學(xué)共同進(jìn)步，不再出現(xiàn)很嚴(yán)重的“兩極分化”，可以說是一舉兩得。

　�。ǘ�）、課后補(bǔ)差工作。

　　班里總會出現(xiàn)一些個(gè)別的差生，不是學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣差就是基礎(chǔ)差，教師一定要課后花工夫，進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)。例如我就我校實(shí)際情況，請示校長，同時(shí)得到校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的大力支持，每天利用早讀前20分鐘，到三樓電教室給他們補(bǔ)課。讓他們把遺忘的知識都溫故而知新。我覺得這樣做效果還是挺大的，原來不及格的學(xué)生都追趕上來了，消滅了不及格率。

　　作為一名小學(xué)英語老師，我們肩負(fù)的擔(dān)子是沉重的，我們的任務(wù)是艱巨的，古語說的好，教有法，但無定法，重在用法，貴在創(chuàng)法。希望我們?nèi)�體英語老師共同努力，創(chuàng)造更多的教學(xué)方法，更有效地提高英語教學(xué)質(zhì)量。以上是我對小學(xué)英語教學(xué)的一些淺談，說得不好請批評指教。謝謝大家！

　　colour can greatly influcen the body, the mind, the emotions and the essential balances.blue represent the ocean, it is the colour of the mind and is essentially soothing.green represent life, when the world about us contains plenty of green, this indicates the presence of water, and little danger of famine, so we are reassured by green, on a primitive level.orange represent happiness, it is a fun colour. it allow you to feel happy even during sad times.red represent strength, it is a powerful colour. it fills a person with strength and warmth. my favourite colour

　　there're many different kinds of colour in the world, such as white, blue, orange, red, and so on. but my favourite colour is green.

　　i think green is the most beautiful colour. do you know why? because green is the colour of life. do you think so? as you know, most alive plants are green, like grass and trees. green is good for our eyes, too. when your eyes are very tired, you will watch the green trees or green grass, they can help you to relax your eyes.

　　and i think green is the nature colour, i love nature things. ohm, to tell you the truth, i don't know why i am like green, only like it. maybe it's the colour of the life or…… can you tell me what your favourite colour is?

　　i love sport.sport is something that everyone can enjoy. it can be played by individuals and as a team.there are many type of sport, the most common ones are basketball, tennis, table tennis, netball, swimming and a lot of others that i can't possibly name. i bet no one on this world can name all of them.the reason why sport is so popular for all age groups is because sport help us to a healthier and fitter body and life.

　　everyone wants to stay health and fit, so they won't be sick very often. sport always help our body function properly and build muscles. i believe many people love sport. those who doesn;t like sport, may i suggest you to try one of two. it is a chance to exercise and be health and fit.during sport, you can make new friends and feel the team spirt come on and have fun with the rapid advances in the living standard of the chinese people in recent years, there has beeen a fast development in transportation. however,the increasing cars and busy traffic have become a huge problem to our cities.serious environmental pollution has been caused,and people are gradually getting used to traffic jams.

　　toxic gases,screaming trumpets,the shortage of parking lots…these things fill our lives!i believe we are(重讀) trapped in a dilemma---what do we choose, convinience or a peaceful living enviroment?

　　for most people,buying a car may be one of their biggest dreams,and going to work or school in a car will make them feel quite happy and satisfied.but i(重讀) think,traffic is not an individual issue.it is a issue we should discuss together.and, obviously,to realize our goal of sustainable development,we should limit the car use.

　　i hear that more and more cities of our country are joining a campaign named ”no car day”,which advocates that people do not use cars on this day.i think it’s a good step that we take in controlling the traffic problem and provide ourselves a better chance to find other ways to improve our traffic condition,such as developing high-technique cars.

　　human being depends on the nature. the nature is the mother of mankind. no nature, no life. with the help of the nature, we live a happy life for a long time. when we realize the use of nature, we begin to gain everything from it, we breathe the air, we drink the water. however ,human like a greedy child ,just ask ,no return .so today ,the water has become dirty, the air has been polluted, forests have been cut over, the number of kinds of animals and plants has become smaller and smaller.

　　loving nature is loving ourselves , every drop that we give nature will be given back. nature does not belong to somebody, everyone has his duty to do everything he can to protect it. by protecting nature, we protect ourselves, let's unit together, hand in hand, make our world more and more beautiful!
