since i came to the college, i have been holding positions of class and youth league union. i also have done some pragmatic work for the university and our schoolmates. during the communication with our schoolmates, i feel it deep that the cohesion of a unit lies in a developing and advancing collective, while the strength for it comes from sincerity, understanding and contributions. as a leader of student, one should have a firm belief with sacrifice. as a leader of student, one should be willing to make up the gap between man and man, idea and reality with his fierce feelings. as a leader of student, one should not be selfish. what he seeks for is to work hard and give himself up to the service.
i, as one of the thousands of students of economy college, am proud of it. i would be more willing to take up the duty belonging to me. this is my initial hope. this is why i am standing here today.
i remember one candidate himself said loudly, "should i leave the position quietly or be bold to stay?" during the last competition for student union. as a result, he was bold to stay for the position. to day, i would like to let everyone know that i hope that i will be kept for the position. even though i fail, i won't leave quietly and angrily out of spite because i am a member of economy college, and because my roots are in the mei campus.
no mater where i go, mei campus always stays with me and my deep feelings to it always keeps in me. i would like to work heart and soul, for my love of mei campus. i earnestly hope to contribute my feelings and fervently hope to share the happiness and be concerned about the worries with every one of mei campus.

我叫**，原來在**小學工作，近幾年來一直從事小學英語的教學，今年因工作調(diào)動，調(diào)整到我們**小學工作，我感到非常的高興，同時，也非常感謝我們學校領導能給我這樣一次展示自我、成就自我的機會。我今天我競聘的崗位是四年級的英語教學。首先我說一下自己的基本情況和工作業(yè)績：我****年畢業(yè)于****英語系，后分配到召口中學從事英語教學至今，被評為中學一級教師。自工作以來，我一直兢兢業(yè)業(yè)，勤奮工作，所教科目成績一直據(jù)全鎮(zhèn)前列，特別是近幾年來從事小學英語教學，所教班級多次獲得全鎮(zhèn)第一名，個人也多次被評為鎮(zhèn)教育先進工作者、優(yōu)秀教師，區(qū)優(yōu)秀教師，個人年考核優(yōu)秀等次的榮譽稱號，并有多篇論文在市級報紙發(fā)表。
下面我談一下，我競聘英語教師的幾個優(yōu)勢和條件：
1. 有良好的師德我為人處事的原則是：老老實實做人，認認真真工作，開開心心生活。自己一貫注重個人品德素質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)，努力做到尊重領導，團結(jié)同志，工作負責，辦事公道，不計較個人得失，對工作對同志有公心，愛心，平常心和寬容心。自從參加工作以來，我首先在師德上嚴格要求自己，要做一個合格的人民教師!認真學習和領會上級教育主管部門的文件精神，與時俱進，愛崗敬業(yè)，為人師表，熱愛學生，尊重學生，爭取讓每個學生都能享受到最好的教育，都能有不同程度的發(fā)展。
2. 有較高的專業(yè)水平，我從****畢業(yè)后曾到山東師范大學進修英語教學培訓，系統(tǒng)而又牢固地掌握了英語教學的專業(yè)知識。多年來始終在教學第一線致力于小學英語教學及研究，使自己的專業(yè)知識得到進一步充實、更新和擴展。
3. 有較強的教學能力從選擇教師這門職業(yè)的第一天起，我最大的心愿就是做一名受學生歡迎的好老師，為了這個心愿，我一直在不懈努力著。要求自己做到牢固掌握本學科的基本理論知識，熟悉相關學科的文化知識，不斷更新知識結(jié)構(gòu)，精通業(yè)務，精心施教，把握好教學的難點重點，認真探索教學規(guī)律，鉆研教學藝術，努力形成自己的教學特色。我的教學風格和教學效果普遍受到學生的認可和歡迎。

如果我有幸競聘成功，能擔任四年級英語教師的話，我將從以下方面開展工作。
一是認真貫徹執(zhí)行黨的教育路線、方針、政策和學校的各項決定，加強學習，積極進取，求真務實，開拓創(chuàng)新，不斷提高自己的綜合素質(zhì)、創(chuàng)新能力，用自己的'勤奮加智慧，完成好教學任務。使我校的英語教學上一個大的臺階。

大家好！
首先我感謝同事一直以來對我的信任和支持，同時給我這個機會來參加本次教師崗位競聘的演講。我不會用漂亮的詩句來謳歌我的職業(yè), 我也不會用深邃的思想來寫就個人的價值。因為我就是一名普普通通的幼兒教師，一名熱愛孩子，熱愛崗位的幼兒教師。 在我通過了育嬰師教育資格的培訓，目前大專在讀，教師資格考試順利通過�；厥走^去的日子，我一直擔任著班的生活英語老師，今天我競聘的崗位是生活英語組組長。我之所以競聘這個崗位，是因為我具有以下的幾個優(yōu)勢：
一、我有一顆熱愛教育事業(yè)的心：我明白教師的苦與累、平凡與無私。我們有的只是生活的忙碌，肩頭沉甸甸的責任。
但我無悔于自己的選擇！我深深愛著教師這一行，用我的汗水，用我的智慧，用我這顆跳動的火熱的心！面對著一群天真可愛的孩子，我揣摩著、嘗試著，與他們真誠的交流著，讓我們用愛托起明天的太陽。
二、我有較為扎實的實踐知識：自參加工作以來，我始終不忘學習，勤鉆研，善思考，多研究，重反思，敢挑戰(zhàn)，不斷地豐富自己、提高自己。由此堅信我對生活英語組組長的教學工作是完全能夠勝任的。
三、我有較強的工作能力：并在實踐中也積累一些經(jīng)驗。我深知生活英語組組長教育工作在幼兒成長歷程中的地位和作用，同時在實踐中也悟出一些方法和策略。也深知作為生活英語組組長要“一切為了孩子，為了孩子的一切”這樣的準則。我踏實工作，關愛幼兒的每一天，看到孩子們每天高高興興的來幼兒園、又高高興興的離開幼兒園是我最大的樂趣，在工作中我關心每一位幼兒的身體狀況及生活自理能力，如：孩子生病了，我會及時進行電話詢問家長孩子的身體情況，提高我們班級幼兒出勤率。
四、我具有奉獻精神：如只要園內(nèi)有事，我能自覺地留下來加班，同事有事或有困難時我也能及時頂上，并有質(zhì)量地完成各項工作任務。服從大局，服從領導的安排。
如果我能夠通過競爭上崗，我打算從以下幾個方面改進自己的教學工作，提高自己的教學水平。
1、更加科學規(guī)范地做好日常班級管理工作根據(jù)實際情況，在適合幼兒年齡特點的前提下，應認真落實各項教學常規(guī)工作及做好保教工作，解決家長的.后顧之優(yōu)。
2、根據(jù)自身的教學長處將足健及科學認讀落實到幼兒的各項活動中，設計并開展豐富的一系列實踐活動，突顯震幼園本課程特色。
3、加強個人修養(yǎng)，練好基本功。加強自己的工作能力和工作藝術，顧全大局，維護幼兒園良好形象，努力調(diào)動孩子們主動發(fā)展，努力提高自己的業(yè)務能力。
六、如果我能夠通過競爭上崗，我會做到：
1、負責本級部各項工作的組織和實施。協(xié)調(diào)好班組之間的關系，團結(jié)全組成員努力開展保教工作。
2、以身作則，在全組樹立正氣，獨立有創(chuàng)意的開展班組工作。
3、及時與本組各班教師保育員交流溝通，發(fā)現(xiàn)需求和問題及時向園領導反映，積極提出研究建議。
4、在工作需要時協(xié)調(diào)組內(nèi)人員的工作安排及同事關系，協(xié)助園長做好組內(nèi)人員的思想工作，確保教育教學工作的順利完成。
5、組織本組及各班積極主動利用社區(qū)、家庭教育資源，做好家園一致教育。
6、及時準確下達園務精神，按時完成幼兒園的各項工作。 領導、老師們，我有信心、有決心做好苗班班主任及小班配班的教育工作，我將用左肩擔著愛我的孩子，用我的右肩擔著我愛的幼兒園，執(zhí)著堅韌地挑起我深愛的老師這一行，為震幼的明天獻出自己的一點光和熱。

It is a great honor for me to talk about the topic with you all, my dear friends!
As you all know, there is a flinty problem that many many fresh graduates can not find their jobs today. What is worse, it seems that we have fey answer isabsolutely “ no”!
Just think, my friends, why somebody suggest our fresh graduates go abroad? Are our markets for job seekers really saturated ? Are there really bags of jobs waiting for the jobless abroad? Can the migration really put the axe in the helve? It is unlikely, in my opinion.
In some degree, It is a illusion thinking that there have been dead-alive on the labor market home. So many graduates say they can not find their jobs, so many parents worry about their young ones’ future, so many companies close the doors for job seeking…… How it just be a illusion ? Do I have a bee in my head?
First ,we should make it clear that what kind of jobs that our graduates want to take, and where they want to work? It goes without saying, only jobs providing high salary in big cities, for instance Beijing, can satisfy them. Unfortunately ,that kind of jobs are limited. Therefore, it is not that our graduates can not find jobs but that they can not find the fictive jobs , as a matter of fact. No matter how flourish and how actively a city is, it can provide numbered positions for the job seekers. What theywant is perfect, but what they can gain in the end is another pair of shoes.
In fact, in the country, in the undeveloped places, more and more persons with ability are needed. However, there are no theatres, there are no cafes, there are no KFC, and there are supermarkets… As a result, no body like to work there.
As we all know, developed countries usually have the same problem that large numbers of person lost their work, which is even serious than china. Millions of people pageant nearly every day, speaking for a piece of work. So what we can do after we get there? How can we support ourselves?
Not all emigrants live a happy life, in fact, most of them worry about their life from time to time. Digesting the culture seems always difficult, the salary stays at a low level, and the miss to their motherland always follows…
How about the developing country? Are there more jobs, higher wages and comfortable life? I am sorry ,the answer is still “no”! Plumplyspeaking, many developing counties are disordered. You can not prosuppose when the terrorists may attack you, when the epidemic may come and how can you make a living?
Now you can see, as I refered to, foreign countries are not the paradise, at least, to most of the people having gone abroad. In this case, why we still suggest our graduates go overseas? In addition, will that really be good for our country after number of fresh graduates entering overseas for their job seeking?
As the matter of our family planning policy, the aged will become more and more, which is leading to a reasonably unfavourable situation. It is said that we will not have enough work force in future. Please project yourself in that case, once it comes true, what will it happen? Factories is short of workers, hospitals lack doctors, offices are pressed for missionaries…… Now you can imagine, my dear friends, how terrible it is!
Actions speak louder than words. Some worrying reality has already occurred. Large numbers of excellent graduates go abroad every year who are from many famous universities inland, like Beijing university. It means that we have been losing the most standout person. It means that we are cultivating person for other countries for free!
Isn’t it woefully?Isn’t it baffling?
Why we still encourage our graduates to go abroad, since there are so many potential chances? why we stillencourage our graduates to go abroad, since there are not so many fantastic jobs actually? Why we still do that, since it does harm to us?
So my dear friends, friends who have not find jobs, let’s go to the west part of our motherland, let’s go to the northeast part of hers, and let’s go to the country! There is always a way out! Our family needs us, our people need us and our country needs us! Press forward with our indomitable will, my dear friends, believe yourself!
