　　尊敬的各位老師，親愛的同學(xué)們：大家，早上好！

　　Dear teachers and lovely classmates. Good Morning!

　　今天我們國旗下講話的題目是《講禮貌，樹楓范》。

　　Today's topic at the flag ceremony is “How to be polite maple leafer.”

　　中國是文明古國，有“禮儀之邦”的美稱。禮貌待人是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，是我們國家、民族文明進(jìn)步的表現(xiàn)。

　　China is an country with a deep history and a reputation for ceremonies.Courtesy is a traditional virtue in China and manifested from the progress of our civilization.

　　我們敬愛的周恩來總理一向被人們稱作禮貌待人的楷模。有一次，周總理去某地視察工作，飛機(jī)著陸后，他同機(jī)組人員逐一握手，表示感謝。這時(shí)機(jī)械師正蹲在地上工作，周恩來同志和其他同志握手后，就站在機(jī)械師身后耐心地等他，并示意別人不要驚動他。

　　The beloved Premier Zhou Enlai has always beed called the model of courtesy. One time, Premier Zhou went to inspect work.  After the plane landed, he shook hands with the crew members one by one and thanked them.At this time, the mechanic was busy working on the ground.  After shaking hands with the others, Premier Zhou Enlai stood behind the mechanic and waited patiently for him to finish, and signaled for the others to not disturb him.

　　機(jī)械師工作結(jié)束后轉(zhuǎn)過身來，才發(fā)現(xiàn)總理站在身后，不禁大吃一驚，忙說：“對不起，總理，我不知道您在等我�！笨偫硇χ�說：“我沒影響你的工作吧？”“沒有，沒有”，機(jī)械師趕忙說。周總理這種尊重別人和講禮貌的好品質(zhì)、好作風(fēng)，深深地感動了機(jī)械師和在場的所有人。

　　When the mechanic turned around after finishing his work, he found the prime minister standing behind him.  He was quite shocked and said, I'm sorry, prime minister; I didn't know you were waiting for me.“ The premier smiled and replied,”I didn't affect your job, did I?“ ”No, No,“ the mechanic quickly answered.  Premier Zhou's good traits, his respect of others, and his politeness deeply touched the mechanics and all the people present.

　　作為楓葉學(xué)子，我們應(yīng)該處處時(shí)時(shí)講禮貌，展示楓葉教育的良好文明禮儀。對長輩、對老師、對來訪客人表示尊敬，我們要稱呼”您“，要主動、熱情問好；請求別人做什么或給予幫助時(shí)，要用商量的口吻說”請“；別人幫助了自己時(shí)要說”謝謝“；當(dāng)別人感謝你或有事向你道謝時(shí)，要說”別客氣“或”沒關(guān)系“；當(dāng)你無意中妨礙了別人或給別人添了麻煩時(shí)，要主動說”對不起“。我們與對方打招呼時(shí)，要態(tài)度和藹、語氣得體，堅(jiān)持說普通話，傳遞楓葉教育的禮貌素養(yǎng)。

　　As a student of maple leaf, we should always be polite and show good manners and etquette representative of a maple leaf education. To show respect to our elders, teachers, and visitors, we should address them as ”sir“ or ”miss,“ and greet them with initiative and enthusiasm; when asking others to do something or help out, we should say ”please“ with a respectful tone; when others help us, we should say ”thank you;“ when others thank you after helping them, you should say ”you're welcome.“ When you unintentionally interfere with others or cause trouble, regardless, take the initiative to say ”I'm sorry.“ When we greet each other, we should be kind and proper, insist on speaking formally, and convey the courtesy of Maple Leaf Education.

　　作為楓葉學(xué)子，我們待人接物、行為舉止，都要講禮貌，展示楓葉文明禮儀的良好風(fēng)范。無論是在校內(nèi)還是校外，我們都要始終堅(jiān)持展示良好的禮貌習(xí)慣。要學(xué)會克制和謙讓，(www.gymyzhishaji.com)自己不對要勇于自我批評；別人不對，要能原諒別人的過失，學(xué)會寬容；當(dāng)別人對自己表示歉意時(shí)，更不能得理不讓人。

　　As maple leaf students, we should behave and be polite in dealing with others, showing the good manners representative of the maple leaf community.Both inside and outside of school, we must always demonstrate good manners. Learn to be restrained and modest, not be resistant to criticism. If others are wrong, we should be able to forgive their mistakes, learn to be tolerant. When others apologize, we should not be unreasonable.

　　禮貌是一只小舟，帶我們駛進(jìn)理想的港灣；禮貌是一只雄鷹，帶領(lǐng)我們搏擊長空；禮貌是一匹駿馬，帶領(lǐng)我們奔跑在廣闊的草原上。我們楓葉的每個(gè)學(xué)子都應(yīng)該講文明、懂禮貌，讓楓葉禮貌的風(fēng)范人人相傳。

　　Politeness is a boat that takes us into the harbor. Courtesy is an eagle that leads us into the sky. Courtesy is a steed that leads us to gallop among the vast grassland. Every student at maple leaf should be civilized and courteous, so that everyone has good manners.
