互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化與電視文化的碰擊與重構(gòu)

摘要】 電視文化曾經(jīng)輝煌過，現(xiàn)在說她衰敗還為時(shí)過早。作為一種全新的社會(huì)形態(tài)，由互聯(lián)網(wǎng)營造的文化正深刻地改變著人們已有的社會(huì)交往和生存方式。本文在羅列電視文化和互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化現(xiàn)象的同時(shí)，提出不同文化在社會(huì)發(fā)展過程中的碰擊、困惑，以及如何重構(gòu)并促進(jìn)不同文化健康發(fā)展等問題。

一、電視文化的社會(huì)影響

西方曾有實(shí)驗(yàn)證明：沒有電視，人們幾乎無法生活下去。其實(shí)質(zhì)是電視文化對人類生存的影響力。2000年8月份有關(guān)媒體報(bào)道：“電視塔燒了，俄羅斯痛了”：540米高的莫斯科奧斯坦基塔電視塔失火給莫斯科地區(qū)造成的損失是巨大的，且不說別的，僅廣播電視中斷，就使1500萬莫斯科人無法收看電視。沒有電視的日字怎么過？且看俄羅斯人的內(nèi)心“獨(dú)白”：“我發(fā)現(xiàn)，沒有電視，好像我們突然與世隔絕了一樣�！薄皼]有了電視，我的生活突然出現(xiàn)了一塊空白�！薄半娨暿俏椅ㄒ回�(fù)擔(dān)得起的消費(fèi)。我不知道這么長時(shí)間看不到它，我怎么過得下去�！薄叭绻麩o電視可看的情況繼續(xù)下去，人們會(huì)十分煩惱�！币晃粙D女按捺不住情緒，竟然因?yàn)榭床簧想娨暥�痛哭失聲�？梢姡�人們對于電視的依賴已達(dá)了到很深的地步。

有關(guān)資料表明，統(tǒng)計(jì)至2000年6月30日，我國電視機(jī)的擁有量已達(dá)3·1億臺(tái)（占總?cè)丝诘?/4還多）；有線電視用戶達(dá)8000萬戶，占全球第一；“村村通”計(jì)劃正在加快。廣播電視依然是中國廣大百姓獲取信息的主要來源。 至2000年8月，電視界制播分離政策出臺(tái)僅僅一年光景，我國民間電視節(jié)目制作公司數(shù)量比國有電視臺(tái)多出2倍以上；2000年10月底的上海電視節(jié)是中國規(guī)模最大的國際電視節(jié)之一，來自世界上46個(gè)國家和地區(qū)的660多家電視、電影、制作、發(fā)行和廣告公司的3000多位中外來賓相聚上海，出席電視節(jié)的各項(xiàng)活動(dòng)。影視節(jié)目爭奇斗妍、讓人耳目一新，影視器械令人目不暇接。電視的文化產(chǎn)業(yè)意識(shí)正在形成，電視的生態(tài)環(huán)境正從整體上得到優(yōu)化，與大眾社會(huì)文化的心理距離越來越接近。北京、上海、廣州、深圳、青島、大連、南京、蘇州等有線電視臺(tái)已實(shí)驗(yàn)開通高速接入國際互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、計(jì)算機(jī)網(wǎng)、視頻點(diǎn)播、可視電話、音頻點(diǎn)播、網(wǎng)上購物、電話、電視會(huì)議等等。作為工具的電視媒體，將會(huì)繼續(xù)深入地為人們的社會(huì)生活服務(wù)；作為文化的電視節(jié)目內(nèi)容，將繼續(xù)與科學(xué)知識(shí)一起，改變?nèi)藗兊囊庾R(shí)、觀念，提高人們的文化素養(yǎng)。

二、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化的發(fā)展及對社會(huì)文化的碰擊

當(dāng)大部分人還陶醉在電視“熒屏大餐”前時(shí)，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)卻鋪天蓋地、迎面襲來。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)從推出、發(fā)展、壯大，僅“炒炸”了4、5年的時(shí)間，就把在傳統(tǒng)媒體和電視媒體前的年輕人拉走了大部分，真可謂“一石激起千層浪”：“最快的信息源頭在網(wǎng)絡(luò)”，“聊天室讓年輕人留戀忘返”，“不上網(wǎng)，不聊天，已無言與伙伴交流 ”．．．．．．急速又自然形成的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化”如直瀉的飛流，正有力地?fù)舸蛑�年輕人的心靈，并以她的 “新、奇、異”誘惑著年輕一代。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)正在使世界成為真正意義上的“地球村”。

但是，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)畢竟只是一個(gè)載體，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)內(nèi)容的真實(shí)、內(nèi)容的多寡、內(nèi)容受歡迎的程度等是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)進(jìn)一步生存和發(fā)展的根本。由于低估和忽視了互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化的人文影響力，當(dāng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)在全球“無孔不入”時(shí)、聊天室的“隱形”（不是面對面交談的遠(yuǎn)程實(shí)時(shí)對話）使得人與人之間的交流變得“不假思索、不負(fù)責(zé)任”、“亦正亦幻、難以識(shí)別”、“視若無睹、置若罔聞”，在那里，“騙人無所顧忌，不惜偽裝自己”，有時(shí)候聊天室?guī)缀醭闪恕爸e言家的集中營”�！昂闷妗�、“新鮮”、“刺激”使得人們尤其是青少年上網(wǎng)“成隱”。 聊天室已使少數(shù)“意志薄弱者”“神志不清者”，做出了沒有公德、不利家庭、不利社會(huì)的行動(dòng)。少數(shù)學(xué)生則終日沉靦于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)，而對學(xué)習(xí)無精打采（有調(diào)查表明：住大學(xué)城集體宿舍學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度和成績明顯好于住公寓的學(xué)生）。2000年11月初，美國因特網(wǎng)兒童周公布：美國９－１７歲的學(xué)生有２／３不看電視而是熱衷上網(wǎng)遨游，７５％以上的學(xué)生喜歡在計(jì)算機(jī)屏幕前消磨時(shí)光，特別喜歡聊天，而不喜歡看電視。這種狀況也已在我國現(xiàn)露，網(wǎng)上的“新鮮內(nèi)容”很多，很容易吸引注意，導(dǎo)致精神萎靡不振，學(xué)習(xí)精力分散。有關(guān)部門應(yīng)該看到：學(xué)生盲目上網(wǎng)瀏覽，會(huì)比“放學(xué)不準(zhǔn)時(shí)回家”的現(xiàn)象更嚴(yán)重！ “用眼睛思維的一代人”很容易接受新事物，尋求新刺激，并企圖繼續(xù)制定互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的游戲規(guī)則�？梢哉f，幾十年構(gòu)筑的傳統(tǒng)封閉的教育“圍墻”，在“一夜之間”幾乎有“墻塌地裂”之勢。無論從眼前還是長遠(yuǎn)看，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的文化傳播影響是極大的，現(xiàn)在已經(jīng)到了必須把她作為一門獨(dú)立的文化來認(rèn)識(shí)和重視的時(shí)候了。

三、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化與電視文化的碰擊和重構(gòu)

作為技術(shù)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)“破壞”了傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)的結(jié)構(gòu)，促進(jìn)了社會(huì)資產(chǎn)重組，創(chuàng)立了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的新格局，并將繼續(xù)對社會(huì)作出貢獻(xiàn)，有人因此說，作為工具性的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)是最具創(chuàng)新力的“破壞者”。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)作用于社會(huì)的另一面是她的內(nèi)容——作為傳播介質(zhì)的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化也“破壞”了傳統(tǒng)文化的格局、文化習(xí)俗和意識(shí)形態(tài)。事實(shí)上，互聯(lián)網(wǎng)因的發(fā)散性使她的文化“自由”和“不可收斂”，電視媒體的可控性則使得電視文化顯得傳統(tǒng)和保守。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的到來不僅打破了已經(jīng)穩(wěn)定的多種傳媒的結(jié)構(gòu)格局，也打破了相對穩(wěn)定的文化平衡。“傳統(tǒng)的、線性的、自甘束縛的”電視思維方式遭到嚴(yán)重碰擊，現(xiàn)行的社會(huì)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會(huì)文化及至人們的習(xí)俗都將不得不重新調(diào)整和定位，這也許是社會(huì)在發(fā)展過程中本應(yīng)經(jīng)歷的一次“新陳代謝”。

互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體一經(jīng)出現(xiàn)在信息社會(huì)之中，就顯示出他的無比的威力，新媒體以全新的方式、樣式和內(nèi)容奪走了屏幕前一大批觀眾，尤其是年輕的和有文化的觀眾。其實(shí)，一種新媒體所以會(huì)對社會(huì)有這么大的影響力，自有他優(yōu)秀的和受人喜愛的突出之處：如媒體自身的潛能、潛伏在大眾中的某種欲望等。但是從目前看，人們對互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的認(rèn)識(shí)還大大落后于她的發(fā)展速度，對于由她帶來的沖擊力和破壞力的認(rèn)識(shí)還顯得“遲鈍和茫然”。新興的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體還不是十全十美：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上的聊天室給人以“愉悅”也給了人“虛偽”；大千世界什么人都有，廣交朋友讓人開心，但卻無法了解對方的真情與實(shí)意；電子郵件快捷便利，但 “見信如見人”的手書家信沒有了；網(wǎng)絡(luò)求助曾救助了一位患了重病的大學(xué)生，但網(wǎng)民的冷漠也使人意志薄弱、精神不振；網(wǎng)絡(luò)是一種服務(wù)、她便利高效，但目前服務(wù)項(xiàng)目不完善，而且花費(fèi)太高、安全性差．．．．．．現(xiàn)在是“窄帶互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”階段，兩三年后“寬帶互聯(lián)網(wǎng)”就會(huì)被推出，那時(shí)候完全可能出現(xiàn)另一種景象。

由互聯(lián)網(wǎng)構(gòu)造的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化是全球化的重要標(biāo)志，全球化又給人類社會(huì)的發(fā)展注入了新能率，尤其是人的個(gè)體意識(shí)大大增強(qiáng)，但全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的聯(lián)動(dòng)性更加明顯，全球文化發(fā)展的滲透性更加突出。教育工作者應(yīng)該認(rèn)真研究并關(guān)注轉(zhuǎn)型期的社會(huì)道德和社會(huì)教育問題，如在分析社會(huì)的變化、流動(dòng)、均衡、結(jié)構(gòu)、分層和社會(huì)發(fā)展模式等問題的基礎(chǔ)上，研究并建立“社會(huì)預(yù)警制度”、及時(shí)疏導(dǎo)和化解社會(huì)矛盾，充分利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)文化和電視文化給予社會(huì)發(fā)展的積極經(jīng)驗(yàn)，避免在社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期中可能出現(xiàn)的“動(dòng)蕩”現(xiàn)象，使我們的社會(huì)能在穩(wěn)定的軌道中和諧發(fā)展。

社會(huì)需要物質(zhì)文明，也需要精神文明。文化需要建立、需要認(rèn)同、需要傳播、觀念形成需要過程。如同報(bào)紙和雜志的關(guān)系一樣，相信互聯(lián)網(wǎng)媒體、電視媒體、其他媒體及其文化是可以共存共容的，也應(yīng)該是共存共容的。

Abstract: The appearance of Internet media knocks against traditional media, and especially against TV media greatly. Its influence has been on many aspects such as technologies contained, society structure, society culture, society equilibrium and development.

In general, the word of “civilization” refers to a kind of invisible quality form when a society reaches the comparative superior grade, knowledge, civilization, cultural or historical relics and so on. “Civilization” refers to the sum of substance and spirit wealth created by mankind during the course of society development, which particularly indicate spirit wealth, e.g. Literature, Art, Education, and Science. On the contrary, based on the substance wealth, the cohesiveness of the society spirit would push the progress of science technology and society development ahead.

TV civilization was brilliant not long before, yet it is untimely to say that TV civilization is out-of-date. As a kind of society form, the civilization built by Internet is just shifting human society contact and society living fashion deeply. It is affirmative that Internet has been cultivated the society civilization value. Internet civilization is exactly becoming an important symbol of global trend. However, digital technology not only promotes the developing and growing of Internet rapidly, but also improves TV technology at high speed in the same way.

The paper deems that in the face of favorable circumstances (opportunity) and challenge, we should see clearly that it gives all kinds of media with the same existing chance; and pay close attention to the effect upon society during the time of shifting.

In information society, Internet possess incomparable power. As an implement of the project of “digital city”, digital information and Internet have gradually become an indispensable part of citizen’s daily life. The citizens have been familiar with electronic office, electronic commerce, society insurance system, Internet shopping, network conference, network learning, which are the physical foundations of the formation and development of Internet civilization. It is frequently heard of “the most quick source of information is Internet”, and “chatting room make the youth be reluctant to leave”. Also, it is reported that the main crowd of surfing Internet are the youth, they each own at least one or two e-mail box even more; establish their own game rules on the Internet; use the tongue which only could be understood among themselves. However, it isn’t perfect in every way in current period. One of disappointing truth is that Internet be deemed all pervasive, invisible, (for example, in chatting rooms) which make relationship among people without due consideration and responsibility. Additionally, the fresh and incentive nature of Internet cause young boys and girls to addict in surfing Internet, in other words, students surf Internet and explore blandly, which is more serious than running away home when after-school. Internet technology and its impact on civilization communication have reached the degree that Internet should be recognized and emphasized as one kind of independent civilization, otherwise, it would bring us endless trouble.

Furthermore, the paper deems that we should discriminate the advantages and disadvantages of Internet civilization, and proposed to set up a set of society alarming system. Based on that system we can give advice to and reconcile the society problem. Through making good use of positive experience culminated from Internet civilization and TV civilization development, we could avoid impossible turbulence during the course of society shifting. Only by this, we could improve our society advancement stably and harmonically. TV media will keep its previous predominance continuously because it is punctual, real, immediate and authoritative. While Internet can provide big amount of information, inspect repeatedly and reviewed easily, which could make up for the disadvantage of TV. Since they have their own features and civilization connotation, the TV media and Internet media should be compatible and co-existed for a long time.
