不可忽視高三冊(cè)英語復(fù)習(xí)

在教學(xué)中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)有相當(dāng)一部分學(xué)生對(duì)高三冊(cè)英語課本重視不夠，甚至干脆不學(xué)。他們片面地認(rèn)為高三冊(cè) 英語“學(xué)還不如不學(xué)”。究其原因有二：一是認(rèn)為考點(diǎn)太少，考查機(jī)會(huì)相對(duì)也少，不值得復(fù)習(xí)；二是不復(fù)習(xí)便 可以騰出時(shí)間和精力來復(fù)習(xí)高中一、二冊(cè)課本。有兼于此，筆者將歷屆高考試卷中“單項(xiàng)選擇題部分”與高三 冊(cè)課本，結(jié)合高考詞匯表逐課對(duì)照后，方才發(fā)現(xiàn)高考試卷對(duì)高三冊(cè)上綱詞匯幾乎年年都有考查。另外，通過高 三冊(cè)的學(xué)習(xí)還可提高英語閱讀能力，增加詞匯量。因此，上述同學(xué)們的認(rèn)識(shí)實(shí)屬偏差，亟待糾正。本文旨在通 過考題與課本對(duì)比來剖析要點(diǎn)考點(diǎn)，讓同學(xué)們親眼目睹考題與課本的密切關(guān)系，以引起對(duì)高三冊(cè)課本的重視。
    Ⅰ.動(dòng)詞類
    1.put sth. away“把……收（藏）起來；放好， 儲(chǔ)存……備用”。away是副詞，代詞作賓語時(shí)，須置中 間。
    Let's put our Christmas gifts away and keep them a while.（L3）咱們把圣誕節(jié)的禮物暫時(shí)收起來存 著吧。
    ［MET88］ The teacher told the class to_______their books.
    A.put away B.put by
    C.put on D.put up(Key:A)
    ［析］put on “穿戴”的動(dòng)作；put up“舉起（手等）； 張貼”，均不合題意。put by不搭配。
    ［NMET96］It's wise to have some money________for old age.

    2.add vt. & vi.“又說；補(bǔ)充說”
    “He is dead”,replied the boy, softly. In a moment headded, "I'm going to be a sailor, too."(L5)
    ［NMET94 ］The visiting Minister expressed hissatisfaction with the talks______ ______that he had enjoyedhis stay here.
    A.having added B.to add
    C.adding D.added.(Key:C)
    ［慣用語］①add up to“總計(jì)，加起來等于”，to是介詞， 無被動(dòng)語態(tài)；②add...to...“把……加到… …上（里）”。
    3.turn to“求助于，請(qǐng)教于；轉(zhuǎn)向”
    Even when they read, they don't turn to the dictionaryevery time they see an unknown wor d.(L7)他們就是在看書的時(shí)候也不是每看到一個(gè)生詞就去查字典的。
    He turned to me and said,"Where is the nobleman?"(SBⅡ L4)他轉(zhuǎn)向我說：“那個(gè)貴族在哪兒？”
    ［NMET92］In the dark street, there wasn't a singleperson________she could turn for h elp.

    ［比較］turn off“關(guān)掉（燈，電，煤氣等）”；turn down “開�。ㄒ袅浚�，減弱；拒絕”；turn up “放大（音量）”；turn out“結(jié)果是，證明是”。
    ［NMET96］ I can hardly hear the radio. Would youplease______?
    A.turn it on B.turn it down
    C.turn it up D.turn it off(Key:C)
    ［MET91］—The light in the office is still on. —Oh, Iforget___________.
    A.turning it off B.having turned it off

    又如：Everything turned out well.結(jié)果一切都好。
    4. congratulate vt.“祝賀”， congratulate sb. on (doing)sth. “為（做）某事祝賀某人”；con gratulation n. 與on連用； 多用復(fù)數(shù)形式。
    I congratulate you on being able to write so well.(L7)我祝賀你能夠?qū)懙眠@么好。
    ［NMET93］We offered him our congratulations_________hispassing the college entrance exams .

    5.serve vt.提供；端上vi.服役
    I'll serve dinner
