T: (縮手)I’ll keep it for you until we reach the west

。 At an old temple lie some wounded soldiers. D is examining their wounds.)
D: Good evening, everyone.
Ws: ( Together) Good evening, Dr Li.
D: Hello, let me examine you.
W1: I’m all right. There’s no need to do so. ( W1 is about to fall down.)
D: (Helps him up) Your leg discloses you! Let me have a look. Ah, it’s going worse. Let me put some
medicine on you.
W1: No, it isn’t necessary. There is little medicine left. Go to look after that young man. He has a high
fever. He seems fainted.
D: ( Takes W2’s temperature. ) So he has! He needs an injection but we have none. Feed him these last three pills with warm water. What else can I do? There’s no medicine left.
W3: Don’t worry, Doctor. I am young and strong. I am all tight now. I’ll go and buy some medicine.
D: No, you are not all right. Your leg will bleed when you move. Lie down and have a good rest.

。 Music) ( Xiao is walking on the way like a businessman. He sings as he goes.
When he Passes a corn field, he sees He Zhenwu the Japanese spy robbing a woman)
W: Help! Help!
H: You needn’t cry. There’s nobody else here. Let me marry you and make yourself noble.
W: You Japanese spy! No one will marry you.
H: Otherwise I’ll kill you! ( He raises his gun and the woman catches hold of his wrist . They start a fight. Finally, H knocks W down. Just then X arrives)
X: Stop! Don’t bully Chinese woman!
H: It’s none of your business! Go away.
X: I would rather stop you. ( H raises his gun towards X. X kicks it away. They begin a fight. W puts on his clothes W and begins to pull H’s leg. X knocks H down)
X: (To W) Quick! Help me tie him up.
W: You are bleeding. Let me do first aid.
X: It doesn’t matter. Pull him into the corn fields.
H: Please spare my life. I won’t do that again
。 W takes up the gun and is about to shoot.)
X: Don’t do that. If the Japanese hear the shot, they’ll come.
H: Thank you, sir. But please let me go.
X: Let you go? You’ll continue to kill and bully Chinese! ( X puts his socks into H’s mouth.) Wait here . And lend me your pass and bike. Don’t try to run away. (They go down.)
Scene 3
。∕usic) (X is riding a bike toward town. He sings as he goes along)
J1 and J2: Stop! Show me your pass.
X: Here you are!
J1 & J2: ( After reading it.) Hi! Salute. ( They Salute.) ( X goes through the town gate and after some time stops at a drug shop and knocks at the door.)
S: Who’s it?
X: It’s me, a customer.
S: (To O1) Go to answer the door.
O1: come in, please. You are the only customer for these days.
S: What can I do far you?
X: ( Hands him the pass.) We Japanese assistant soldier need some medicine. Here is the list.
S: Oh, so much medicine! Do you have enough money?
X: We’ll send you the money in a few days’ time. Quick, this is order. ( Shows him his gun.)
S: All right! All right!
S: ( To O1) Quick! Give him the medicine
O1: All right . ( Hands it to X.) Here you are.
X: I have to go now. Bye-bye.
S: ( To O1) Quick! Close the door.
O1: All right. ( He closes it.)
S: ( Makes a telephone call.) Hi! This is No1 Medicine Shop. Just now, a man came in and took a lot of medicine away. Perhaps he belongs to the Eighth Route Army . Stop him, quick!
。 X rides his bike fast. Soon he arrives at the gate, J1 is receiving a phone call. J2 signs him to stop. X rides towards him and knocks him out. J1 begins to short at him. Soon he arrives at a bridge, where two soldiers stand . X kills them with two shots. A crowd of soldiers rush towards him. He run into the corn field. H has just frees himself and is about to leave.)
J3: Oh, here he is!
js: (Together) Don’t move! Hands up!
H: I’m sorry. I’m not Eighth -----
J4: Tie him up. ( They tie him up and beat him.)
H: Ouch! I belong to Japanese army.
J5: Don’t listen to him. He’s lying. Put him in our car. Let’s go. (They go down.)
X: (X goes through the corn field and comes up to a street. He meets some Japanese and fights them. He kills some of them and enters a lane. Finally he arrives at the temple. D and Ws come to welcome him)
D: Here comes our hero.
Ws: Congratulations.
X: Thank you, everybody.

旁:話說(shuō)梁山伯和祝英臺(tái)三年前一同來(lái)到剛剛成立的武漢新東方書(shū)院學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)。梁山伯酷愛(ài)口語(yǔ)師從口語(yǔ)老師鄧大付學(xué)習(xí)美國(guó)口語(yǔ),尤其擅長(zhǎng)模仿馬丁·路德·金的演講。(旁白暫停,鄧英文"I have a dream ")。祝英臺(tái)一心夢(mèng)想出國(guó),夢(mèng)想有朝一日成為BBC主持人(旁白暫停,祝英文"this is BBC…)最終祝英臺(tái)以托福和GRE高分的成績(jī)被哥倫比亞大學(xué)錄取。在祝英臺(tái)臨走的那一天,梁山伯十八里相送在天河機(jī)場(chǎng)與祝英臺(tái)纏綿告別。

Alice- A curious and adventurous girl.
Tom- Alices best friend, always up for an adventure.
Mr. Wizard- The mysterious owner of the Magic Library.
Setting: A quaint, old library filled with magical books.
Scene 1: The Entrance of the Magic Library
(Alice and Tom are walking down a quiet street, when they stumble upon an old, ivy-covered library.)
Alice: (excitedly) Look, Tom! An old library! Lets go inside!
Tom: (skeptically) Are you sure? It looks like its been abandoned for years.
Alice: (pulling Tom by the arm) Come on, itll be fun! We might find something amazing.
(They push open the heavy wooden door and enter the library. Its dimly lit, with shelves of dusty books reaching up to the ceiling.)
Mr. Wizard: (appearing from behind a bookshelf) Welcome, young adventurers. Im Mr. Wizard, the owner of this Magic Library.
Alice: (surprised) Oh! Hello, Mr. Wizard. We didnt mean to intrude.
Tom: (whispering to Alice) Did he just... appear?
Mr. Wizard: (chuckling) Dont worry, its quite normal here. So, what brings you to my library?
Alice: (eagerly) We love adventures and stories. Do you have any magical books?
Mr. Wizard: (smiling) Of course! Follow me.
Scene 2: The Enchanted Books
(Mr. Wizard leads Alice and Tom to a special section of the library, where the books have shimmering covers and golden titles.)
Mr. Wizard: (pointing to a book) This one, for example, can take you to any world you can imagine.
Tom: (skeptical) Really? Like, a world of dragons and knights?
Mr. Wizard: (nodding) Exactly. And this one grants wisdom, and this one can make your dreams come true.
Alice: (eyes wide with excitement) This is incredible!
Mr. Wizard: But remember, every book has a price. You must be willing to give something in return.
Tom: (thinking) Like what?
Mr. Wizard: (mysteriously) That depends on the book and your hearts desire.
Scene 3: Choosing the Book
(Alice and Tom look at each other, then at the books, trying to decide which one to choose.)
Alice: (whispering to Tom) I always wanted to explore a world of magic and enchanted creatures.
Tom: (whispering back) And Ive always dreamed of being a knight and fighting dragons.
Mr. Wizard: (smiling) You dont have to decide right away. Take your time.
(Alice reaches out and touches a book with a shimmering blue cover.)
Alice: (softly) This one...
Mr. Wizard: (nodding) A wise choice. But remember, the price must be paid.
Scene 4: The Price of the Book
(Alice opens the book, and a bright light envelops her. When the light fades, she stands in a magical world with enchanted creatures and sparkling trees.)
Alice: (voiceover, amazed) Wow, this is beyond my wildest dreams!
(Tom, watching Alice disappear, turns to Mr. Wizard with determination.)
Tom: (firmly) I want to go to the world of dragons and knights. Im ready to pay the price.
Mr. Wizard: (smiling) Very well. But remember, the price is not always material. It could be something you hold dear.
(Tom nods, and Mr. Wizard hands him a book with a red cover. Tom opens it, and a similar light envelops him. When the light fades, he stands in a medieval world, with dragons soaring in the sky and knights on horseback.)
Tom: (voiceover, excited) This is it! This is the adventure Ive always wanted!
Scene 5: The Return
(Later, Alice and Tom return to the Magic Library, looking tired but exhilarated.)
Alice: (grinning) It was amazing, Mr. Wizard! Thank you!
Tom: (nodding) Yes, I faced dragons and fought knights. I cant believe it was real!
Mr. Wizard: (smiling) And what did you give in return?
Alice: (thoughtfully) I think it was a part of my innocence. I learned so much about the world and myself.
Tom: (nodding) And I gave up some of my fear. Facing those dragons made me brave.
Mr. Wizard: (smiling) Well done, both of you. You have earned your adventures.
(Alice and Tom thank Mr. Wizard and leave the Magic Library, ready for their next adventure.)

[Scene 1: The Library]
(Alice and Tom are exploring the library. Alice spots a dusty, old book on a high shelf.)
Alice: (excitedly) Look, Tom! Whats this old book doing up here? It looks like it has secrets!
Tom: (hesitant) Alice, maybe we should leave it alone. It looks pretty old and fragile.
Alice: (teasingly) Come on, Tom! A little curiosity never hurt anyone. (She carefully takes the book down and opens it.)
(Suddenly, a bright light shines from the book, and Mr. Wizard appears in a cloud of smoke.)
Mr. Wizard: (mysteriously) Ah, young adventurers! Youve found the Magic Book. Be careful what you wish for, for it may just come true!
Tom: (nervously) Whoa! Whats going on here?
Alice: (excited) This is amazing! Mr. Wizard, can you show us something incredible?
Mr. Wizard: (smiling) Very well. Step into the book with me, and you shall see wonders beyond your imagination.
(Alice and Tom hesitate for a moment but are soon drawn into the glowing pages of the book.)
[Scene 2: The Magical World]
(Alice and Tom find themselves in a breathtaking landscape of floating islands, talking animals, and vibrant colors.)
Tom: (in awe) Is this real? Its like something out of a dream!
Alice: (giggling) Its better than any dream! Lets explore!
(They wander through the magical world, meeting strange and wonderful creatures. Suddenly, they come across a distressed unicorn.)
Unicorn: (pleading) Please, help me! Ive lost my way home and cant find the Magic Portal.
Alice: (determined) Dont worry, well help you find it!
Tom: (thinking) But how? We dont even know where to start.
Mr. Wizard: (appearing behind them) Ah, a problem to solve! Follow the path of the glowing flowers. They will lead you to the portal.
Alice: (grinning) Thank you, Mr. Wizard!
(Alice, Tom, and the unicorn follow the glowing flowers, which lead them through enchanted forests and across shimmering rivers until they reach a shimmering portal.)
[Scene 3: The Return]
(The unicorn thanks Alice and Tom and steps through the portal, which closes behind it. Alice and Tom are then drawn back into the library, where Mr. Wizard awaits.)
Mr. Wizard: (smiling) Well done, young adventurers! Youve proven your courage and kindness.
Tom: (relieved) We did it! But how do we get back to our world?
Alice: (realizing) Oh, right! We need to close the Magic Book.
Mr. Wizard: (nodding) Precisely. But remember, the magic is always within you. Adventure awaits those who dare to dream.
(Alice carefully closes the book, and the light fades. The library returns to its quiet, cozy state.)
Tom: (looking at Alice) That was the most incredible experience ever.
Alice: (smiling) Agreed! And who knows? Maybe there are more adventures waiting just around the corner.
(They both laugh and leave the library, ready for whatever comes next.)
